 Governing Board
CEE is owned and operated by Allen-Cochran Enterprises, Inc., which is a private Arizona corporation. Our Governing Board is comprised of administrators, staff, parents, and community members that possess an unwavering passion and belief in our school’s mission and core values. The Board meets regularly to discuss strategic issues such as policy guidelines and budgetary items. Our Governing Board maintains a collective vision with regard to where our school is and where we want it to be in the future. In addition, the Board operates in a partnership role with the school administrator, thereby demonstrating synergy in all decision making processes.
Advisory Board Meetings
Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, Allen-Cochran Enterprises, Inc. hereby states that all notices of the meetings of Center for Educational Excellence will be posted at 1700 E. Elliot Rd, # 9, Tempe, AZ  85284 and on our website. The location is open to the public Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. Such notices will indicate the date, time, and place of the meeting and will include an agenda or information concerning the manner in which the public may obtain an agenda for the meeting.
State Report Card
Each year, the Arizona Department of Education releases a “report card” for every public, private, and charter school. We are proud to announce that we have achieved AZ Department of Education’s “Excelling” status for eight consecutive years! An “Excelling” status is the highest distinction a school can earn and is only given to those meet or exceed the state’s stringent academic requirements.
The Center for Educational Excellence is certified by the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) and the Department of Economic Security (DES).
The facility is regulated by the Department of Health Services (DHS). Facility inspection reports are available for public viewing upon request at the school office.
Additionally, ALL of our teachers are First Aid and CPR certified and all lead teachers are certified in Early Childhood Development.
Pursuant to the federal regulations that implement that Individuals with Disabilities Education Act of 2004 (IDEA ’04) 34 C.F.R SS300.602, SEAs are required to make the State Performance Plan (SPP) and the Annual Performance Plan (APR) available to the public.
